Redressal of grievances
     Persons with disabilities may move the commissioner for persons with disabilities at 45 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700 013 for redressal of grievances relating to the rights provided by persons with disabilities (equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation) Act, 1995 and National Trust Act, 1999.

    District Magistrates who have been designed as the additional commissioner for persons with disabilities may also be approached in case of any discrimination against PWDs and infringement of the rights provided under the Acts.
